I had my nutrition assessment this week and it was really great. Not like I'm eating like a saint or anything, but the experience and info was good. The nutritionist recommended a book to me that I plan on reading very soon and I thought several of you might be interested in. It's called
Eating Mindfully: How to End Mindless Eating and Enjoy a Balanced Relationship with Food by Susan Albers
It looks really good and it's short and small. Not a novel by any means. Enjoy!

If you haven't yet read Fast Food Nation, put it on your reading list. It'll explain, among other things, why Americans experience things like the current episodes of e-coli contaminated spinach and listeria-contaminated mushrooms.
